Intiated and implemented construction of a central trash compactor for 337 unit apartment complex. Resulted in removal of 16 dumpsters from parking areas, lowered operating costs, increased curb appeal, increased parking spaces, reduced damage to parking areas, reduced rodent issues and a much more beautiful property. Change Management involved development of communications with all tenants to acheive acceptance and support for having to drive trash to central location.
